VRBO Commission Bill-Back

Pulls VRBO Pay-Per-Booking commissions from Hospitable for the billing month, groups them by owner, and reconciles against the VRBO invoice. Only bookings on the new VRBO integration carry the 5% commission — legacy bookings are ignored automatically. The ACH export unlocks only when the total ties to the invoice.

Owner-Direct Vrbo Commissions

Owners on their own Vrbo account. Vrbo charges their card directly, so these commissions are never on Guardian’s invoice or the ACH list. This splits that charge by property for owners with multiple listings. Pulling a bill-back month above fills this in automatically; use a range or year-to-date for tax-time statements.
